Mr. Marek W. May has been Senior Vice President of Operations at Oshkosh Corporation since July 2013. Mr. May is responsible for improving operational excellence throughout all of Oshkosh Corporation's manufacturing facilities. In addition, he is responsible for leading activities focused on continually improving Oshkosh's manufacturing operations and expanding its global production capacity. Mr. May joined Oshkosh in August 2009. Most recently, he served as Vice President of manufacturing operations at Oshkosh Defense where he led all Defense operations, including truck and trailer assembly, weld and fabrication, electrocoating and finish paint, remanufacturing and materials distribution. Prior to joining Oshkosh, Mr. May served as a business leader for Ingersoll Rand where he was responsible for major plant operations and lean implementation. He also held positions of increasing responsibility in the automotive sectors of Borg Warner, Chrysler and GM. Mr. May holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from New Mexico State University and a Master of Administration from Central Michigan University.
