Mark M. Radue — Executive VP & Chief Strategy Officer at Oshkosh Corporation

Mr. Mark M. Radue has been Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President at Oshkosh Corporation since November 2016. Mr. Radue served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Oshkosh Corporation since January 2011 and was responsible for mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and strategic planning to support Oshkosh Corporation's growth and diversification strategy. He served as Vice President of Business Development for Oshkosh Corporation since November 2005. He joined Oshkosh Corporation in May 2005 as Senior Director of Financial Analysis and Controls. In this role, Mr. Radue was responsible for overseeing Oshkosh Corporation's process to be compliant with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, managed Oshkosh Truck Division Operations Finance Department and was Oshkosh Corporation liaison with the outsourced internal audit function. He served for Oshkosh in 1997 as Corporate Controller. In 1998, he joined Grant Thornton LLP, where he served as an Audit Partner from 2000 to May 2005. In addition to being the client lead on manufacturing and distribution clients, he led several M&A assignments, primarily related to buy-side transaction support. He started his career in 1988 at Arthur Andersen, as an Audit Manager, where he served a client base of public and privately held companies. From 1994 to 1996, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for two companies in the flexographic printing industry. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Radue holds a bachelor's of business administration degree in accounting and information systems from the University of Wisconsin ' Madison.
