Inspiring, fast to learn, brutally honest and transparent.
Tries to appear transparent, although with issues that are sensitive (or where there are differing opinions on correct management) they shut down fairly quickly.

Annual performance bonus based on merit
Management position is that a pay cut compared to other companies is expected to work here

Passion, creativity, raw technical abilities, diversity
Engineering, Hardware, Sales, Customer Experience, etc. teams are all amazing and individuals are all a pleasure to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Transparency, passion to get stuff done, scrappiness
Culture of pushing people too hard and not caring about employee health and burnout.

Execs jumping in to address every question about the big picture and future of the company

Brilliant coworkers, general attitude, mission of the company.
Management seems to take advantage of employees and their desire to be in the field/type of work that Osmo does.
