What makes you most happy at work?
When we are going to make the production bonus for the week.
The thing that makes me happiest at work is being able to get along with my coworkers and being able to work at a faster pace with them!
Working outside and it keeps me in great shape.
Being thanked by the property owners for doing a good job.
When everybody comes together to finish the daily project
Knowing that the company is going to take care of me and not leave me out to dry

When I am not getting micromanaged. I am in the top 20% of my peers and the best in my territory. It can be discouraging when you do the best and they ask for more.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The foreman shows up in the same old t shirt every day, his appearance is unkempt. He very rarely wears his ppe and there for at times have suspicion from home owners
Everything, worker appreciation, better treatment from upper managment, more time off.
