A hard look at ground floor operations. More standardization and clearer communication is needed across the board.

Appreciating its employees. I took all of the litmus classes i learned every part of the job woth no pay raise. By the end I could properly input all of the data into the computer inspect and treat the pole. Instead of being encouraged for my hard work and knowledge i instead recieved broken promise
