What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Keeping employees informed and updated.
Appreciating its employees. I took all of the litmus classes i learned every part of the job woth no pay raise. By the end I could properly input all of the data into the computer inspect and treat the pole. Instead of being encouraged for my hard work and knowledge i instead recieved broken promise
Piss poor management produces piss poor relationships
Organization, training their employees really everything in general.
Litterally everything but especially in employee appreciation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The vacation time you get.
The level of work you put in decides you level of compensation
You can decide how much you make by the level of work you complete and the quality in which you complete it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Let me move up let me call myself.
should be salary instead of hourly pay should be higher than McDonalds
Pay me the hours that I work and pay per Diem when I'm required to stay in a hotel or away from home. Like every other corporation in the country.

I like it all everyday.

The most positive part of working for osmose is when pedestrians thank you for keeping their communities safe and their lights on!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Equal distribution of the rules my foreman frequently turned off his gps and left us at the job sote which was entirely fine but when it came time for a lunch break the foreman Was no where to be seen at times. Other times he paid for our meals

What makes you most happy at work?
When we are going to make the production bonus for the week.
The thing that makes me happiest at work is being able to get along with my coworkers and being able to work at a faster pace with them!
Working outside and it keeps me in great shape.
Being thanked by the property owners for doing a good job.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The foreman shows up in the same old t shirt every day, his appearance is unkempt. He very rarely wears his ppe and there for at times have suspicion from home owners
Everything, worker appreciation, better treatment from upper managment, more time off.
