The feeling of value and continued support of insight and input on things that could help make things better. Strong support and fantastic work/life balance

They incentivize us to get reviews with money and clients to leave them with discounts. No one lasts more than a few months, the only staff there longer than a year are people who can't be that senior at another company. The culture is so toxic, they only care about money-dont trust this business
