They incentivize us to get reviews with money and clients to leave them with discounts. No one lasts more than a few months, the only staff there longer than a year are people who can't be that senior at another company. The culture is so toxic, they only care about money-dont trust this business
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was fine and positive but they dont explain the work load or that you're overworked, underpaid and they lack ethics.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A better business model that doesn't just have a revolving door of clients. Nurturing clients not treating them like a paycheck. Not overworking junior staff and punishing them by limiting opportunities when they can't keep up.
