That there's no interview, you go straight to orientation.

As long as I do my job, nobody bothers me.

My manager in particular is very helpful and quick to fix issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A rate increase at least once a year would be nice. The pay is too low. And waiting 6 months after you're hired to be eligible to enroll in 401k is too long.
