Vikram R. Raghavan — Senior Vice President of Product Development at Overstock.com

Mr. Vikram R. Raghavan serves as Senior Vice President of Product Development at Overstock.com, Inc. since February 20, 2017. Mr. Raghavan served as the Vice President of Marketing at Overstock, where he continued to shape the Club O loyalty program. Additionally, he managed the business strategy for global retail payments and alternative payment methods such as private label, bitcoin-wallet and gift cards. Mr. Raghavan began his career at Overstock.com in 2008 and served as its Director of CRM and he spearheaded the Club O rewards program and developed the Overstock store credit card. He managed Amazon's credit card finance operations. Since 2010, he served as Director of Marketing at Amazon and also served as its Senior Director of Marketing. He established Overstock's in-house R&D program, OLabs. In 2012, he left Overstock. He served as Head of Marketing for CafePress. He co-founded RentalRoost.com. A year later, he served as Vice President of Product Management and strategy for website and mobile. In that position, he was responsible for overseeing a large team of engineers, product managers and UX designers to optimize the conversion funnel. He focuses on integrating new tools to enhance the mobile shopping experience, with a significant interest in identifying new ways to mitigate conversion friction issues. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in computer information systems and business administration from Bemidji State University and received his M.B.A in finance and marketing from Temple University.
