Increase my pay. My performance and dedication to the company should mean something to the Executive Management.
Unfortunately our department isn't eligible for the bonuses, although we are a large contributor to the sales figure the bonuses are based on.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My Co-workers need to show up to work. Calling out every Monday and Friday or multiple times in the week has become the norm. They need to be held accountable for they actions and decisions.
They could push a little harder at times. They can be very selfish and not open to discussion or suggestions about problems. They can be stubborn at times and they don't take criticism well at all.
