I work on an understaffed change crew, losing more people to retirement and asked to do the operators jobs whilst everyone calls in sick and doesnt take their job seriously . On the change crew we do everything to earn a bonus that we wont ever get while inflation around the world engolfes our money
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Get support from corporate. Morale is low. Everyone has given up.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better organization and not do everyones job on top of your own
