What do you like best about the leadership team?
Middle managabement seems to be trying hard but the executive officers seem to be blocking them at everyone turn.
Leadership teams tries to be open and communicate, but is still learning the best way to do this in a growing company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Fairness, transparency, employee appreciation
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is better or just as good as many other companies around.
Stock options and baby sitting fund.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Executives should stop giving pay raises to friends and people in their social circles while holding back people without similar connections
What are some of the best things about your team?
Strong team mentality and an attitude to get the right things done.
The people that work at Owlet are dedicated and hard working. Wanting to make the world a better place for babies and their parents. (For the most part, there are the few employees that do not work quite as hard... )
I enjoy working with all of my coworkers. They are great people, and are very caring.
