With the kind of experience I had and the efforts the hiring manager made to hire me (multiple round of negotiation etc.), it seemed like an important role only to find out that the role was of not that much importance and had zero visibility to leadership

Change all the management in Indonesia country, especially theor country head
Should be more appreciate the candidates
The system at first are very good, but when the new management in Jakarta coming with new people, they bring bad culture. Many good people are resigning because of this new management. Since then, Oyo services is getting down, and every day we got complain from property owner. Deeply regretted
