Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the kind of experience I had and the efforts the hiring manager made to hire me (multiple round of negotiation etc.), it seemed like an important role only to find out that the role was of not that much importance and had zero visibility to leadership
What are some of the best things about your team?
A friendly environment and fiercely competitive one also
My team is the best time table both members are flowing our team & grow up the company because grow company, grow up there family
They love to do things together, because all the executives didnt care about us
Self-motivated even in the presence of a biased manager

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing actually, it is very toxic and competitive
Work properly day & night good dealer ship members, always think something better work e.t.c..
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change all the management in Indonesia country, especially theor country head

I tell you something just i wanted to go to our company and any body says to me Sir our order is confirmed and it's a advance check
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The system at first are very good, but when the new management in Jakarta coming with new people, they bring bad culture. Many good people are resigning because of this new management. Since then, Oyo services is getting down, and every day we got complain from property owner. Deeply regretted
