What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company never claimed to be an easy place to work. However, if you want to work on real innovation and gain a great deal of technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment, you will thrive at P97. The team members are absolutely A++ players.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting the leadership team was a key to my interview process.

Opportunity to meet with top level executives.
If they like you from the first interview they will hire you on the spot unofficially. (still have to pass background check, etc)

I really liked the interview process because the first day they let me look at the portal and point at different things that need to be fixed. They explained what quality means and different types of testing. I felt comfortable answering questions.

P97 provides free lunch on certain days of the week.

I like going to work because I get to learn something new everyday it helps me challenge myself. I enjoy being able to ask questions to other people when I need help understand a specific task. They take time out of their busy schedule to help.
