We do things that no one else has done. We do all that we can to help each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is free to be open and honest without negative repercussions. They are efficient and helpful and eye opening every time.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people: We do things no one else has done before. I feel good about my accomplishments. I am happy to provide help and receive help from my colleagues.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That I was asked an extremely hard question that I could answer and the interviewer was able to understand my answer. Also, one of the vice presents took me to lunch when I was considering joining P97.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is hard working. They have done an excellent job getting new business. They provide lunch every Tuesday and Thursday, and a number of other interesting perks. They are outstandingly transparent and completely trust worthy. Working here is like a dream.
