- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?As a growing and very agile company we tend to say yes to more things than we have resources to support. The frenzied pace, time requirements, travel requirements, and stress levels all contribute to burnout. There is often very little recovery time before the next urgent, high priority project.
- What would you most like to see improved at your company?More up to date work space would be a great improvement. An on-site gym with an outdoor walking path, frisbee golf, and pavilion to eat lunch at.
