I could win the lottery. Overall, not unhappy to go to work. I don't cry on my way in. :) Sometimes communication is lacking. Overall corp tries to update personnel changes with email but it isn't done 100%.

most are on eggshells as the P manager has lashed out against several people and there has been no repercussions. its a joke that this person is "protected" by PAC. the pattern has been shown against several people even in from of HR with No recourse.

No accountability. Good workers are leaned on to go above and beyond and the employees not meeting standards skate by. Career paths are not clearly defined giving leadership no strategic goals to work towards.

Getting everyone to row in same direction from top to bottom. PAC is Middletown centric, other plants input is not valued. D365 is not being used to its fullest potential in all plants. Lack of staffing, meaning we have no backups and a handful of folks fill in for many areas outside of scope

in all my years at pac , and all the visits we had, i have yet to personally even be greeted by an upper exec. too good for us ? my plant manager doesn't even know what my job fully consists of. they are in their own world. Its all a show . too many corrupt company politics in pac.

More up to date work space would be a great improvement. An on-site gym with an outdoor walking path, frisbee golf, and pavilion to eat lunch at.
