They massively cut our pay with little warning. Imagine getting 60 - 80% pay cut and saying they did it to make your pay better.
The "Pacesetter Experience" is where i go everyday--not to work. I don't participate with employees, but with team members. I don't have a job description, i have a career description. This organization is amazing in every way!!! They care so much about their people and their families. WOW!!!!!
