What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leader cares about me as a person. I have never worked for anyone who genuinely puts people 1st as long as you are doing your part. They also hire very talented individuals when growing our team.
Open and Honest culture. Caring.
They are restructuring the company back to the top after recent crisis due to wildfires.
Great communications and easy to get information when needed

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid time off and medical are the benefits I enjoy the most.
the pension is the best
Pay is good, medical is OK.
Bonus that is paid to me every year.
Good retirement and 401k match.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Individual contributors often make significantly more than first, second, and third level managers due to a inion environment. Compensation becomes competitive at the director level due to stock grants.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is filled with talented individuals with broad levels of experience both in and out of PGE

less meetings it is a waste of time
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working from home is fabulous! Can't complain about the commute!
Everyone is friendly. They don't give unrealistic targets.

I dont like some of my workers. Maybe changing crews
Work is just exhausting and hurts your bad. Would be nice if massages were covered
