401k and health insurance are good. Technicians can get a company car. There's an employee referral program. Health insurance costs are reasonable.

If I were paid a fair market price for the area we operate in. No raises in 2 years, despite continued growth and record profit

Those who make more per commission are better treated. Also, the majority of sales people are men. Sexism is an issue.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team in Beaverton is awesome, like a family. Upstairs the MIT team is weird.

People are engaging, welcoming, and collaborative

A few coworkers are great, but thats dur to common distaste towards the company.

When I was struggling with personal stuff my managers really understood and helped me all kinds of ways.

Everyone is hungry and excited

empowerment and team work are key culture words that we live by

The team really works as a team. Everyone helps each other out. Granted everyone is busy so it takes time. The ability to own a problem and make my own judgement calls is the most positive cultural attribute. There isn't red tape getting in the way of anything.

Leaders have an "above the law" mentality. They can do anything to an employee without repercussions.

A required course in ethics and respecting the fellow worker.

Initial interviewer took the time to learn my skills and goals and offer jobs that matched those.

I liked that hiring is not always for a specific position. Initial screening interviewers take the time to learn your skills and goals then offer the open positions that best match you.

What makes you most happy at work?

Outlook Reviews

I like solving problems and making customer experiences better, so I generally enjoy the work I do and the effects it has on the company and customers. I like working with so many in and close to my generation.

When I walk into an account and the customer has a positive perception of the company, I'm happy. The second option is that as long as I'm getting my work done, nobody micro manages or checks up on me. I'm a hard worker and being allowed to just work without interference is why I'm still at POA.
