What's the work from home policy like at Pacific Union?
For Managers & Agents, we are always working from both home & office. Staff at times, works from home also.
As a manager I spend many hours at office and my home office. In the age of technology, as long as the agent can reach me, it works for them. When you work 7 days a week, you balance your time.
