Transparent and open to feedback
Works with you and not against you. Listens to any concerns. Is always giving positive feedback and encouragement.
I think they can sometimes have unrealistic expectations

Listening and making changes and training
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Work from home pay well
Would like to see an increase in alloted amount for dental per year and an increase in vision benefits for glasses
great health care, 401K, etc
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For my manager to recognize my strengths and potential and remove barriers to professional development.
I'm definitely paid below market rate

Very kind people who care
Works well togehter all the time
How close we are on a personal level
We work together very well and support each other
we all like each other and there's no drama
