What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are accessible most the time
They are always open to answering questions and making sure that I am on a good path to get my work done in a fast and high-quality way.

The 401k matching is great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They undervalue all employees. Salary is not competitive
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are a bunch of super fun people who are great at their jobs and fun to hang out with.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Speaking up and sticking together.
Commuication needs to improve between departments
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that its a remote workspace

Respect, diversity, inclusion needs to be improved

I like being remote the best
You have so many paid holidays and summer fridays.
