Everyone is at the top of their game in their technical field but we all work together as one team so well it's like a second family.
Get your work done and managers will stay out of your face. Hybrid work. If you work 1-2 days in the office instead of the "official" 3 days, nobody seems to care if you're performing. May be manager and office dependent. I hear bonuses are great abd got the salary I asked for.
