Paint Nite has an in-house office culture team that plans events, office perks, and more. We have an annual boat party in the summer and holiday party at the end of the year.
How challenged are you at Paint Nite?
Very, but in a good way. I feel as though there's always a new challenge for me to tackle and (usually) the resources to help me get there.
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Paint Nite?
Not at all. The hours are pretty flexible and it isn't too difficult to balance work and life.

I enjoy going to work at Paint Nite. I like the challenge, the creativity, and the freedom to try new things.

I feel fairly secure at my job at Paint Nite. I feel valued.

The morale could certainly be better. I think we're right in between two different stages of this business (start up and grown up), which can sometimes take a toll on morale.

Paint Nite offers unlimited PTO, flexible work hours, the ability to work from home, weekly happy hours, and free snacks and drinks.
What's the office layout like at Paint Nite?
The office is gorgeous. We just moved into a new space that has lots of room for the company to grow. There are lots of offices, quiet spaces, a gym, and two kitchens. The work spaces are separated by department, but everything is very open space.

There is a decent level of diversity at Paint Nite. We have a good representation of men and women and have some different cultures and ethnicities.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Paint Nite?
I wish I had had a better understanding of the culture at Paint Nite. The company is between a start up and a "grown up" company and, although I think they're making all of the right steps, I wish that I had known that when I joined because it definitely affects the day to day work experience.
