Communication between the group leader and team leader needs work. No time should be wasted having to track down leader to clarify the plan.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is $13.00/hr with no experience or formal knowledge of assembly. Maximum start pay is $15/hr with verifiable knowledge through reference

Out of an Assembly section of approx 12 bodies, 6 do their duties to the fullest. The rest like Facebroke,Twatter & long poops on the clock.

Set forth and provide an expectation that is equal for all employees in comparable job duties. Bi-Weekly performance counselings to correct

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Fair treatment of all employees in the work environment. Stop treating senior assemblers/drivers/welders like royalty. Were all LABORERS!
