What could be an amazing place to work is squashed by lack of direction and micromanagement. The leaders are work-aholics and expect the same of everyone else.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The head of each group does work to get to know all the people in the department.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
So many things about this company are cheap. They're looking to cut costs and/or cut back all over the place.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Align across the leadership team and across all departments on priorities. Instead we pretend to have alignment but get torn apart when we're spending time on what is (supposedly) a company priority.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Coworkers are helpful and fun. One of the best things about Pampered Chef are the people I get to work with. It's sad that a frequent topic is how unhappy we all are and how folks are looking for other opportunities.
