What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love PC and the team I've built. Working for myself from home is great.
What makes you most happy at work?
I set my hours and have the freedom to do what I need to sell and recruit.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not an undervalue. I earn my pay from sales and recruiting. But when the products become stale and/or boring and there is nothing new and exciting being generated from above, it makes it harder to earn more money. Look at the new product images today (5/16/22) the pictures are amateur.
