What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparent, available, success driven, and energetic
Our CEO knows the industry and truly understands the economic climate and how the two best meet. I feel he has a really understanding for our growth and success.
They have helped the company grow via M&A and be more future focused.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring for all employees at every level. Treating employees as valuable people, not tools.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
At this point in my career, I really appreciate an opportunity to own stock in the company I work for!
Base pay and unlimited PTO.
Salary was at a higher rate than others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working with my immediate team everyday is great.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers should never talk down other departments with their teams. Never call employees stupid, etc..
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiter did a great job following up with me and keeping me informed throughout the process.
The recruiter was very responsive and managed the recruitment project very effectively.
It was a quick process.
The offer was given very quickly after the final interview.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
focus on key areas what issues / goal we have it should be clear at interviewer and explain same to interviewer

My co-workers make me excited to come to work everyday.
