Its been a great ride! I would change a few things and pay more attention to my employees wants but overall great place to work.

We keep it light and simple in the office which allows a peaceful work environment.

Everyone had the same goal and are able to listen to each other and take new ideas and use them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not a place that you can retire from and live comfortable. Great place to work if you are trying to build your resume.

All of my questions were answered I felt the person who interviewed me asked great questions that allowed me to get a position that i would enjoy based on my personality and skills
