Pay raises only come when you try to leave.

We have new leadership and I believe they will take the company in the right direction to help us grow.

Ownership at the leadership level needs to happen before any culture change can take place.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This company will say anything to win a contract. Then when the proposal team commits to a price and schedule that the execution team does not agree to, only the low level employees get blamed. Only 2 people in the entire company are listened to by the CEO, that needs to change.

The flexibility Paragon has for all employees
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
SLT taking ownership and being held accountable.
