What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This company will say anything to win a contract. Then when the proposal team commits to a price and schedule that the execution team does not agree to, only the low level employees get blamed. Only 2 people in the entire company are listened to by the CEO, that needs to change.

The flexibility Paragon has for all employees
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
SLT taking ownership and being held accountable.
