communication skills. No one communicates. Its a part of the culture the only real communication is micro management.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yes, I feel like my management team is setting me up to fail so they can remove me from the company.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

They need to spend more time thinking about those employees that are not no contract and how the current culture impacts their effectiveness.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team could do with an infusion of emotional IQ. I watched them rip through temps and fire them before they had a chance to even figure out what the company did.
