Everything. It is imperative to know what the employees jobs and functions are to manage well. Work life balance should be taken into account. While negotiating these contracts, the employees wages and flexibility should be considered. We should not have to fight to have a flexible hybrid schedule.

Pay for true value of tasks and duty would be the best way for what is actually done. There is a disconnect of what your hired for vs what is actually done/required. Growing a position as a single point 3-4 times larger in an almost 6 years with out any or little compensation is not acceptable.

The compensation does not meet the industry median for the area. Understanding that companies make considerably more that what is paid, makes it difficult to process. Workers should not have to fight to be paid fairly based on local median, qualifications and experience.
Employees on my project do not see raises that reflect the numerous jobs that they have grown to do over years of employment here. More tenured employees see job postings offering new hire significantly more without the experience or credentials. It is frustrating to see.

Inflation has increased the cost of living significantly, and a raise of $30,000 per year would help cover living expenses. Raises have been minimal so far.

The previous question is poorly worded. Certain coworkers are great to work with, others are not. The ones who are not good to work with for me tend to be either bad communicators and extremely ego driven people who don't want to collaborate as much as they seem to want to impose upon others.
