I started in 2003 as a temp. and now full-time employee both my brother and my daughter has also worked for Paramount. We love it. I do wish my job title was higher than a coordinator. I am always developing and doing my best work. Thank You!

Having a sense of purpose, to feel valued, the perks and wellness programs offered.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The overview of benefits the company offers. Meeting new people and most of all learning more about the role.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We offer each other support and focus on goals of any project for the company. Team members are diverse and contribute their fair share of the work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company continues to move in a more diverse and inclusive direction, which is good for the company. More women and diverse people in more senior roles.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel we work well together, but I report to two different teams that have two different management styles, so I adjust accordingly. One is a more stronger leader than the other and I find it challenging at times, but it is getting better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel undervalued. I went back to school to get my bachelors degree and then went to UCLA to get my Paralegal and have not moved up. Some colleagues started as an asst. and are now Sr. Managers or Directors. I want top market for the value I bring. I love the company and want to stay.
