What do you like best about the leadership team?
They eant the best for you
I feel we work well together, but I report to two different teams that have two different management styles, so I adjust accordingly. One is a more stronger leader than the other and I find it challenging at times, but it is getting better.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Only senior employees benefit from bonuses
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Thy pay you way less depending on the network
I feel undervalued because I know what I can really offer with my ability and my creative mind and for the compensation, i honestly can say an exact amount but something better than before will be very helpful.
I would feel totally undervalued as I can see salary of other company no bonus no recognition for good work
I do feel undervalued. I went back to school to get my bachelors degree and then went to UCLA to get my Paralegal and have not moved up. Some colleagues started as an asst. and are now Sr. Managers or Directors. I want top market for the value I bring. I love the company and want to stay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They want the brst for you
We offer each other support and focus on goals of any project for the company. Team members are diverse and contribute their fair share of the work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team is great. But it depends on what team you get
It is a positive environment and very respectful.
The company continues to move in a more diverse and inclusive direction, which is good for the company. More women and diverse people in more senior roles.
