What makes you most happy at work?
Providing excellent patient care and interaction with my patients.
Taking care of a patient who gains a good understanding of their health issue and our plan of care, and seeing them get better.
currently, the ability to work from home, but that is ending
payment is good, staffs are NICE, managers/supervisors are good leaders.

Resident and Interns walk all over this hospital. They act like they are God’s at 23 years old and don’t ever tell them they are wrong because you will be held accountable and get yelled at . Look at a nurse wrong oh it’s game o
Give the employees acknowledgments and be fair. They’re very quick to tell you how you did your job wrong, never acknowledge what you’re doing right
