What does the leadership team need to get better at?

VP has archaic views of office work and hours. No flexibility and difficult to get work-life balance with a family
Drop the I’m better then you act , and realize these patients are real people . They could be your mother , father sister - stop treating them like garbage as you sit out there talking about your gaming system D

work from home a few days per week, flexible hours so I can work early am and leave at 3 to pick up my kids from school
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need better leadership and support from management
So many of them have the ghetto attitude of they know , but won’t leave their st

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership needs to get fresh younger management in with work-life balance accepted and let the 60-somethings with old work expectations from the 1970's ride off into the sunset
Be bought over and then start from scratch with people who truly care and are invested in healthcare
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
interview with team and management ...not with the HR person who knows nothing about the department
Streamline the process takes too long to hire someone applications need to go straight to managers then to HR

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Resident and Interns walk all over this hospital. They act like they are God’s at 23 years old and don’t ever tell them they are wrong because you will be held accountable and get yelled at . Look at a nurse wrong oh it’s game o
Give the employees acknowledgments and be fair. They’re very quick to tell you how you did your job wrong, never acknowledge what you’re doing right
