They lead by Christian principles.
They try to have the best interest of the employees in mind.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Ww have adequate PTO and a 403b match.
We have good benefits package.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For a medical provider the insurance benefits are extremely expensive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with very knowledgeable medical professionals. We work well as a team. Everyone, from the hospitalists to the housekeepers is part of the team and is vital to how we function.
We usually have a little fun.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a team and a family. We care about each other and have each other's backs.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Dispatch and ER docs need to be more mindful of EMS hours
What did you like most about the interview process?
The HR rep was excellent and offered a sign-on bonus.

Helping babies come into the world safely. Seeing new parents fall in love with their babies.
