What do you like best about the leadership team?They lead by Christian principles.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Ww have adequate PTO and a 403b match.
What are some of the best things about your team?I work with very knowledgeable medical professionals. We work well as a team. Everyone, from the hospitalists to the housekeepers is part of the team and is vital to how we function.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?For a medical provider the insurance benefits are extremely expensive.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Dispatch and ER docs need to be more mindful of EMS hours
