I don't think that it is very difficult at all to maintain a social life, we work steady hours and enjoy holiday time off as well. Everyone is really flexible if something was to come up too!

I feel very challenged every day it is certainly something exciting that I know expectations for myself are high and the need to achieve goals makes a company-wide impact.

Team outings are typically something in a trust/team building atmosphere. We truly get to appreciate how far we have come and where we need to go, relying on other members to escape the room. There is always competitive spirits and ping pong tournaments have been made.

I feel very positive about showing up to work every day, having goals and dreams ready to be achieved. The people I am surrounded by make it something awesome to be around.

Morale is very positive and high at ParqEx. It is an exciting time as we attempt to achieve and grow for next levels of funding.

ParqEx is a fairly diverse company, we employ all walks of life from every different type of backgrounds.

Office layout is cozy and efficient. The office is a very open set up and inspires collaboration. Open door policy with the CEO and COO.

A unique perk offered is the opportunity to work almost exclusively with the CEO and gain otherwise unknown information and background into the larger picture.

It would be certainly in line with what a startup pay scale would look like, the experience and responsibilities make up any gap.

The vibe is very spirited and upbeat. We like to have a laugh or two yet still staying focused on what needs to be achieved. Hours typically hover around a normal 40 hr work week.

The marketing team is compact and very efficient. Goals are always set to be achieved but pushing in a positive manner. Not impossible but certainly able to attain.

It is certainly something special. Everyone is committed to teaching moments when needed and an open door policy with all projects and objectives of the campaigns. Leadership gives the opportunity to take initiative from the rest of the team members and all opinions are recognized.

The Ops leadership at ParqEx is very responsive to the needs of the other business functions. They keep the company moving forward and typically find the right balance between just getting the job done, and putting in place repeatable and scaleable processes so we can continue to grow.

My coworkers are the best. Everyone is very helpful and there to lend a helping hand. Backgrounds are from everywhere and we have found a perfect mesh of a community.
