What do you like best about the leadership team?
I decided to join the company because the leadership illustrate resilience, passion and vision. Every company needs leadership that has the ability to embrace risk and challenges. Those are characteristics that inspire me to work at the same level of commitment.
Very hands on and supportive. Know all the ins and outs of adtech
Responsive and helpful, which is 80% of the battle at any company. I came from a large company where the leadership team sat in a different state and it definitely creates barriers. Having them a stones throw away makes things easier.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible scheduling and professional development.
Lots of healthcare options to pick from, which are offered through Trinet. Parsec pays $400 a month towards cost.

The team is focused and concise.
The highly motivated and dedicated people
Very helpful and smart, you'll be hard pressed to find someone who isn't willing to help out/point you in the right direction.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Parsec's culture encourages creative confidence and freedom to discuss ideas.
The awesome people and cool work we get to do
The schedules are extremely flexible, which allows you to save PTO for when you truly need a full day off. I generally work a standard 9-5 but other start earlier/later and end earlier/later. Depends on the person.

The opportunity to work on new projects. I love my role and what I do. Parsec is stacked with an impressive level tech, ad-tech, creative and agency experience- the learning opportunities are limitless!
The people, the work, the great feedback from clients
Well we recently got a cold brew station, which definitely changed the scope of my happiness. There's also the office itself. which is nice and has a lot of space.
