Parsec's culture encourages creative confidence and freedom to discuss ideas.

The awesome people and cool work we get to do

The schedules are extremely flexible, which allows you to save PTO for when you truly need a full day off. I generally work a standard 9-5 but other start earlier/later and end earlier/later. Depends on the person.
