What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are thoughtful and competent managers
they are approachable and interact with all team members regardless of position
They understand problems with people
I feel like I can tell them things going on in my life and they are understanding

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe it is fair
401k and paid time off
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The original parxettes make 10$ an hour where we only make 8.25. We work just as hard at worse shifts. The cfo said they make like 50 mil a month from online gaming so they do have the means to do so
Employer needs to understand the individual and have some compassion
My company makes a ridiculous profit and could benefit from paying employees more to keep them from leaving.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team always steps up as a family
We are all friends and help each other out
We all get along pretty good. Not internal issues
it feels like a group of friends that get to work together to have a good time.
