They have hired washed up Managers and Directors. Retained out dated and under educated leadership.

Management -Director very sneaky and talks about other team member's and their manager behind their back.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The pasha group does not pay with racial equality. Their hiring standards are sub par and their leadership is picked on bias.
