Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work and lack of training
If my pay was in line with the rising inflation. I'm only making 16 cents more than I was at my last company in 2015.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very helpful in getting things done in a timely manner
We work together to help each other out
Even though I am new and not the fastest, they make sure I'm never left behind/drowning in work. They are always encouraging and supportive when I have questions or problems.

We need to feel appreciated for the work that we do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers are very respectful and helpful

The only way to make the culture better is to hire better management.
Shift supervisors need to get a long better!
