My team is very helpful in getting things done in a timely manner

We work together to help each other out

Friendly, sense of humor, work well together

Strong camaraderie at lower levels

The cohesion and camaraderie are one of the few bright spots.

Even though I am new and not the fastest, they make sure I'm never left behind/drowning in work. They are always encouraging and supportive when I have questions or problems.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We need to feel appreciated for the work that we do.
