What do you like best about the leadership team?
People are friendly, approachable, and very knowledgeable. Always willing to teach us new things and lend a hand when needed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They meed to get better at not gossiping and start focusing in their work
The leadership needs to stop gossiping amd make sure they do their job right. Thats all they do there at pathmark. They dont pay attention to others but gossip
At leading. Everyone in charge , they get more extied to go to lunch so they "work" but in reality drink. Workers come and go for a reason
Failed leadership. Micro management at its best.

We work good together we have a wonderful team. Managment is what ruins everything. Especially people in san antonio
Team is great. Management is a failure

Great people - courteous, friendly, fun-loving, and knowledgeable.

Hire upper level management that has a real understanding of managing.

Lots of promises that sounded good at the interview.
