How employees describe working at PatientPop
Rocket ship to the moon
Customer service—they haven’t delivered what they promi
Customer Service. We are leaving Patient Pop in 2023 because ther customer service is very bad. Support is almost non existent, the products are mostly mediocre (except the website and reputation services) and the monthly price is not a good value for the product you receive.
Patient Pop is great until you sign the contract. They are great at the blame game with the high employee turnover rate, charging you for services they are not doing, and no matter how many calls and emails they will not fix the problems they have created. Do yourself a favor and run.
Business model. Build cusomter loyalty and recurring subscriptions from good service, not holding website and Google Analytics hostage. A bad faith model. Also, almost nothing works. SEO, not working. Reputation management, broken.Customer service, lovely polite emails, when I get them. but useless.
